Klets is a young startup in Eindhoven with a small team and a fast growing online messaging service. Soon, Klets will be the world’s number 1 tool for customer collaboration.
With Klets, companies can easily contact companies for a better and more personal relationship with their customers. This is important because a happy customer buys more, is loyal and spreads the word. Many companies find it hard to communicate with their customers and customers see companies as big, distant, anonymous organizations. Klets makes the communication between customer and company personal and fun, which increases the connection between customer and company. This way the customer knows his company and the company quickly and efficiently builds a good relationship.
This connection between customer and company takes place on a fun, beautiful, and very easy to use web- and mobile messaging app called Klets.
Klets is currently three people in two countries. We’re small and humble now, but we intend to take over the world of professional communication. Klets was part of the 2015 web/mobile programme of Rockstart, the Dutch startup accelerator.
Klets has an experimental iterative attitude, so we are looking for a experimental and iterative person who wants to think about and build on our marketing and sales approach. The exact specification will be determined in the final interview and we’re flexible with respect to your study criteria. We expect that you come up with new ideas, which you will experiment with, evaluate and improve. Examples are to improve our positioning, to do content marketing, SEO, referral marketing etcetera. If you enjoy working at growing company where you can make a big difference, you are at the right place. The internship will mainly be at our office in Eindhoven.
We treat interns like we treat employees, and we expect you to perform as such. This means that you get more freedom and influence than just about anywhere else! But it also means that we’re also really picky about who gets the spot. We expect you to be proactive, curious, creative, eager to learn and analytical. Experience with online marketing is a plus but it is more important that you are eager and able to learn new things fast.
